The folks closest to us can be very supportive or they can be really negative. It is very important always have optimistic, helpful friends and family around you that can assist you with your anxiety.. This could also mean that you may have to let a few of your unsupportive pals go. Which may be tough, but it will be for the perfect in the long run. As managing anxiety is what you need so you are able to get your life back on track
